A Degree of Self-Revelation
...Guidelines for the process of petitioning for a degree....
OPTIONAL but highly recommended
As a True Wellness student, you will have many revelatory experiences. A trigger will occur and suddenly an aspect of yourself or your behavior will be radically changed for the better. You will instantly understand something that has eluded you or learn something you did not even realize you did not know – and the clarity will completely change the way you view your life! When this type of response is triggered, you will know it and feel it somewhere deep inside of yourself.
Please be aware, though, that sometimes rather than suddenly, your spiritual revelations come gradually. You wake up one morning and realize your life has altered somehow. You are not sure how it happened, but you are absolutely certain that you are not the same person you were yesterday. This process of spiritual evolution is also honored and may also be submitted for review. It will probably, though, take a bit more reflection to backtrack and understand this process of evolution.
When you have a cathartic experience, however it is revealed, you are encouraged to document the event by applying for a Degree of Self-Revelation. This degree is a measure of spiritual growth and accomplishment. The transformational aspect of your studies is very important to your achieving True Wellness and should be documented as a stepping stone as you travel the spiritual path.
Submission guidelines:
Please submit a description of an experience that has been triggered or came to resolution during your spiritual studies and changed you in a powerful way. The submission should include the following:
1) A description of the experience or incident that triggered a change in the way you view your own life or life in general.
2) A description of what has been revealed to you physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually. Be specific about what you have learned and why you feel you have grown spiritually.
3) Include the specific lessons, Wellness Journeys or spiritual concepts that have inspired you during this time of revelation.
4) This submission should be about 200 words long or at least one page in length.

• Transforming Anger into Passion
• Welcoming Unconditional Love
• Healing Unworthiness
• Discovering Self-Love
• Seeing My Part in a Difficult Relationship
• Surrendering to the Best of Myself
5) Submit your petition for a degree in the body of an email or as an attachment.

6) If your petition is deemed an experience of self-revelation, you will be awarded a Degree of Self-Revelation.
Petitioning for a Degree of Self-Revelation is a way to honor your continuing spiritual evolution, as you can submit as many petitions as you wish - even after graduation from the “Touch Stones to True Wellness” program.
