"Where do I begin to express what I have received from the program Touchstones to True Wellness thus far? If anyone could just go within me just for a moment words would not be necessary, for they would know what this program has done for me what, it could do for them.
The program has helped bring me from fear to love. And right now I can only imagine where the next 40 or so steps will bring me. The program has helped save my life. It has helped find who it is I am. It has restored hope, faith, trust, love, worthiness, peace, truth and much, much more than I could ever explain. It has given me a reason to never give up.

"I am faithfully engaging in my True Wellness studies.
I am not sure which part of the series has touched me the most or if it is All of it.
I do know I love deeper, I acknowledge that path I am on. I am living with my divine and honoring it.
I have recognized what a great man I am married to, and I have let him in my world. We are close and enjoying our marriage more than we have in years. I am content and fulfilled in my relationship with my husband.
I am honoring my son's path and letting him go. He is learning independence and responsibility I am living freer without intense worry.
