Forgetting
We are born forgetting almost all we knew in the Spirit realms.
As we moved out of Oneness with the Divine,
in the driving need to share the Love, ecstasy and Bliss
we felt while One with the Divine,
we began to separate from the Divine
and to be out of sync with Divine Knowledge.
And when we began to separate,
we could still remember
and could act in close association with the Divine Impulse,
but as we continued to separate further,
in our drive to share this Love with another,
we incarnated on Earth,
the prime experience of separation or duality.
Here on Earth we forgot all we knew...except for the Love
which was the only memory still in tact.
We began the journey to remember, on Earth,
motivated by the need to reconnect to something deeper
and greater than ourselves,
which was only a soft whisper
in our memories after incarnation.
Our physical bodies are perfect vehicles for the dualistic journey.
The physical body mirrors everything the emotions, mind
and spirit believes
in its separation from the Divine.
The physical body is the mirror
for the loss of Clarity, Wisdom and Inner Peace.
Look to the physical body for answers.

to Well-Being, to remembering, to being at One with the Divine
on Earth.

Touch Stones to True Wellness
Two Sample "Wellness Journeys"
Wellness Journeys are poetic, inspirational teachings. There are 27 in the 'Touch Stones to True Wellness' curriculum. Students are encouraged to read them carefully, to listen to the messages between the words and to allow themselves to feel inspired and touched by something bigger than themselves.
(The Wellness Journeys are recorded for participants to listen to and download.)
We Are Born Reaching
We are born reaching for Love,
fearful, terrified and vulnerable
in our innocence.
We are
…alone…
and suddenly separate from Mother,
our savior.
This reaching for Love is all we know.
The physical contact we receive
or do not receive,
at the moment of birth,
will greatly influence
our development in infancy,
our ability to Trust,
to Love openly,
and to give and to receive.
We are slave to the struggle to receive this Love.
We know it must pump through our veins in order for us to survive,
because we know
in those first few moments of Life
that without the touch of Love,
we will die.
Without Loving touch we die within the first year of our Lives.
This is scientific fact, as well as, spiritual fact.
Love is the Lifeblood of who we are.
With any break in the connection to unconditional Love, we suffer.
Without Loving touch from some someone on Earth, we die.
Our physical body must be Loved to Live.
We evolve according to the Love we Receive.
We will thrive or we will be handicapped in some say.
We are, though, destined to search for Love.
When we offer another our Loving concern or Compassionate intention,
we take their extended hand,
reaching out,
still fearful, terrified and vulnerable
as in the first moments after birth.
When we offer our Love,
we touch with Love,
and we share of the Lifeblood of the Divine within ourselves.
This act is our salvation.
We are saved
whether we are reaching for someone else
...or ourselves.
